Cirba Solutions excels with a remarkable 95% recovery rate for crucial element extraction, aligning with Toyota's vision of a closed-loop system for battery recycling. This partnership not only reduces costs for Toyota but also brings it closer to its sustainability goals. Supported by a substantial grant from the U.S. Department of Energy, Cirba Solutions has enhanced its Ohio facility. Here, they will extract high-grade materials from end-of-life batteries, reintegrating them into the supply chain for future use in EVs.
